Choose a cycle trail that suits you best, from Bike About Tours series of Winery Rides & Cycle & Explore Rides
The Cycle & Explore rides are flat, easy and perfect for families. They provides panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and include the Ahuriri Estuary, a sanctuary for endangered wetland wildlife. Trail 413 Country Lane Loop is great if you just want to bike - this is a new pathway with the option of having lunch at the Clive Hotel. Trail 417 provides River/Sea Pathways then ventures inland – lots to explore
Options: You choose the number of nights that suits you best, we will forward Bike trail options for your perusal. Or go through the website and choose your own day by day adventure. Bikers will be transported to a start point that is manageable for their days cycling and collected in the late afternoon if required. This allows plenty of time to fully explore each chosen area. Wherever possible we return to base on an alternative road which gives you a greater overview of the Hawke’s Bay. Option to stay at Greenmeadows on Gloucester home of Bike About Tours
We have colour coded the Hawkes Bay Regional Council’s Trail map with Cycle Trails that are manageable rides in each area along with a birds-eye view of where to go.
